Storytimes: Toddlers at 10:30 and preschoolers at 11:30 on
Thursdays.
The Cordova Branch Library, located at 8457 Trinity Road, is next
to the Bert Ferguson Community Center.
The branch has 48 Internet-enabled public
access computers, wireless access for
laptops, two study rooms, a public meeting room, and a children's
activity room. It has a collection of 106,500 books, tapes, DVDs and
other materials.
The Cordova Branch Library has served the community for more than
50 years. Started in one room at the old train
depot on Macon Road, it then moved to the old community center on
Sanga Road. In 2004, the branch moved to the Trinity Road property and its
own building.
Reader's Center
Use our Reader’s Center which includes resources on specific
kinds of books - mystery, historical fiction, romance, thrillers,
science fiction and more. Magazines and booklists are part of this
collection. In addition, the library staff provides ideas for good
reading.
