Calling all Book Clubs!
Tell Me About a Book!
 A Summer Reading Club program for Adults,
June 3-July 29, 2006,
to promote book clubs for reading, sharing and lively debate.
Clubs fill out an entry form every time they read and discuss
a book. Book lists include The New York Times Best Sellers and
the Essence Reading List. Book Clubs are not required to read
books from these lists, but they will be posted on the library
website. Copies of the books are available at the library.
One book club from each branch will be chosen July 15, to be
featured on a personalized READ poster, similar to the Denzel
Washington and Orlando Bloom posters you see at many libraries.
(Winners must provide a digital photograph of their club).
