Tennessee, along with Kentucky, Michigan, and Ohio, make up the geographic jurisdiction of this Federal Court. Current Sixth Circuit opinions, and opinions going back to 1994, are found here. Federal Rules – Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts
This site provides access to the national and local rules currently in effect in federal courts and provides additional information about federal rules of practice, procedure and evidence. Proposed amendments to the rules are posted here for review and comment.
