- AmeriCorps is a national network of community service workers divided into several different programs: State, National, Vista and National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC). Students involved with the program have an opportunity to earn money for college. Seniors, adults and students can apply from this site.

- A commercial internship search engine, this site requires the user to complete a free registration to access the listings.

- A joint project between the US Office of Personnel Management and US Dept. of Education's Student Financial Assistance office, this site provides information on federal jobs for students and a job search engine.
- Study Abroad
- Use this site to find opportunities to study abroad, including internships, intensive language programs and summer-only study. Programs can be searched by subject, country or city. The site also offers a helpful handbook for those going abroad and financial aid information.

- SummerJobs.com offers summer jobs and seasonal staff positions with camps, resorts, national parks, hotels, environmental organizations and more. Summer job searches are free or users can research prospective employers.
