Free Writing Workshops Help to Block Writer’s Block

Do you know or no the difference between to, too, and two? Or, do you have difficulty composing your thoughts into writing? Memphis Public Libraries’ free Compose Yourself Writing Workshop Series will help customers to conquer their fears and block writer’s block.

Starting Wednesday, Jan. 24, 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m., customers will begin by “Getting into the Habit of Writing” with instructor Skye Roberson at the Benjamin L. Hooks Central Library (3030 Poplar Ave., room L-56). The series – offered in partnership with the Writing Centers of the University of Memphis, Rhodes College and Christian Brothers University – will continue on Wednesdays through March 2018. (The second session will be on Thursday, Feb. 1.)
