Celebrate Your Easter at Gaston Park!

Ever been to an Easter “Egg”travaganza at the Library? Children (up to age 12) and their families are invited to Gaston Park Library (1040 S. Third St.) for a day of family fun Saturday, March 31, 2018 from noon – 2 p.m.

Kids will enjoy an Easter Egg hunt around the library, great giveaways, coloring and a special Easter storytime. The staff at Gaston Park Library said that families should expect a great time in a fun and safe environment. But, that’s not the only benefit.

“The ‘Egg’travaganza is a way to bring people together to enjoy a day with their families and the community,” said Children’s Librarian Dawn Casey. “Events like this also give families a chance to come into the library to see what else is offered, along with our DiscoverREAD Center and some of the other programs we have here.”

Kids are asked to bring their own Easter baskets to gather lots of eggs! For more event information, call Gaston Park Library at 901-415-2769.
