Five Adults reading and sharingMPL strives to make reading fun and easy. We have books, magazines, newspapers, audio, and more, with something for everyone to enjoy. Our knowledgeable librarians are available at your neighborhood library to help you find a title that is just right for you.

Below are some suggestions for how to keep reading this summer. We’ve also included some printable materials for you, including a book log, calendar, and reading lists. Read on!

  1. First, make sure you get your library card!

  2. Next, search our catalog to find what to read. If you’re not sure what kind of book you’re looking for, we have a few reading lists to help you out.
    • Our Reading List page lets you browse through award winning books, genres, and reading ages. Click the drop down filter to sort by the category you’re looking for.
    • Our eCollection has audio books, magazines, and music for download onto your devices.
  3. Who doesn’t love some free books?
    • Visit your local library and ask how to receive a free book to take home and keep forever.
