Find Your Place in the Hold Que

Once you have placed an item on hold, you can check your placement in the hold queue.

  • Log into your library account
  • Look under the Holds section
  • You will see all of your current holds and your placement in the hold queue for each item.
  • This shows how many people are in front of you.
  • Feel free to call us if you are not progressing in the hold queue.  We can investigate any delays.  It could be that items are not being returned on time.  Or, from time to time, all copies of a title may become missing or damaged.
