PIN Information

To check out or renew materials in person, all you need is your library card. However, if you'd like to access your account online or by phone to see what you have checked out, keep up with fees and fines, or renew items, you'll need a Personal Identification Number, or PIN.

If you have a library card, a PIN has already been set up for you. If you got your library card prior to June 14, 2007, and your Social Security Number appears on your account, the last four digits were assigned as your PIN. For library card registrations after June 14, 2007, the last four digits of your library card number have been used.

If you are unable to access your account using your library card number and PIN, please first try using the word CHANGEME (not case-sensitive) as your PIN. If that doesn't work, or if you've simply forgotten your PIN, please contact the Library for assistance or to change your PIN by phone at (901)415-2702, or by e-mail.

You can also change your PIN using our automated telephone system. Follow this link to find out more.
