What is the "Keep" Button?

If you are searching for a number of titles, then it may be helpful to use the "Keep" button.  

This saves the items until you retrieve your kept list from the "Kept Records" link that appears at the top of your search results.  

You can then place a hold on all titles at once, or you can email the list to yourself for future retrieval.  (NOTE:  This list is not saved across sessions.  In other words, once you close your browser or go to another site, the Kept records are lost).
