Limit Results to Location or Item Type

You can limit or sort your results before or after you perform a search.  If you already have your results, you can find a link at the top of your results that says "CLICK HERE TO LIMIT, REFINE, OR SORT SEARCH RESULTS".  

Once you click on that link, a few drop-down menus appear that allow you to limit your results to a specific Item Group (Book, CD, DVD, etc.) or to a specific Library.  

You can also change the way that your results are sorted.  The default is "Reverse Publication Year" which will show the newest items first.  Or you can sort by Publication Year, which will show the oldest items first.  You can also sort in alphabetical order by Author, Title, or Subject.  (NOTE:  If your search has retrieved more than 400 results, items are sorted by reverse publication year and cannot be resorted).
