This web site is an information service of the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases.”
    The USDA has put together a website that lets you create daily food plans based on calorie level and age.  The site also contains a BMI calculator and sample menus and recipes to help you maintain your meal plan.
