Having penned a successful navigation guide for readers to help them arrive at an answer to the burning question “What do I read next?,” and named said guide Book Lust, author Nancy Pearl’s a big draw for bookstore and library audiences alike. Pearl’s coming to the Benjamin L. Hooks Central Library on Monday, December 6 at 7 p.m. for a one-night only affair with booklovers. Pearl is a regular National Public Radio commentator on books and host of the Book Lust with Nancy Pearl television show in Seattle.  With a keen sensibility, Pearl will espouse her views on the trends in literature and what you absolutely have got to get your hands on to read next. She’ll answer your questions—and with a talk perfectly timed for  holiday gift giving—dole out tips for books to buy for everyone on your list. Bring your bookclub members—it’s a date at the Library you won’t soon forget.
