Quickwitted Marketing Needs Customer Service Representatives

QuickWitted Marketing is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support our team in providing excellent community outreach representing our clients. You will work closely with our trainers, preparing information for customers, organizing events and presentation materials, compiling meeting notes, and attending meetings that will help further promote our Clients. On a daily basis, you will also handle other administrative tasks, such as emails, sending deadline reminders to executives, and updating our community outreach database.


Customer Service Representative will be trained to be Responsible for:

Manage the implementation of our Client campaigns to put our products into the right hands.Measure the impact of your team’s hard work by tracking results and refining strategy to increase performance.Seek out new product knowledge that fits with the brand and maximize all opportunities for growth.Act as the key authority and point of contact for project development concepts, business strategy and business models with your team.Although our Customer Service Representative doesn’t have any major Requirements and Qualifications our ideal candidate should have:

*Entry Level*High school diploma or equivalentExperience in Microsoft OfficeStrong communication and organizational skillsDetail-orientedComfortable working as a TeamExceptional customer service skills
