City of Memphis seeks Customer Service Administration Specialist

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school graduate or equivalent and five (5) years administrative office support, computer application, and/or customer service experience to include experience communicating detailed information to the public; or any combination of experience and training which enables one to perform the essential job functions.  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or related college coursework preferred. One (1) year advanced clerical experience preferred.  Working experience using Microsoft Office Applications and Oracle software preferred.

The City Charter requires that City Employees must establish residence within Shelby County withing six (6) months from the date of employment.  Proof of residence will be required at the time of hire.
