Our partners at UpSmith, Inc.’s mission is to address the skilled worker crisis by providing accelerated training on-ramps to high-purpose, high-pay, high-dignity careers in the skilled trades.
Over seven weeks UpSmith, Inc. provides free, paid instruction covering basic construction, blueprint layout, advanced wiring methods, and more. Upon graduation, participants earn an apprentice credential and begin full-time work with a Memphis electrical firm earning $20/hour (or more), and $40-45K annually – all without student loan debt.
