The Tennessee Youth Employment Program (YEP) connects young adults ages 14–24 with paid work experiences across the state of Tennessee.
YEP offers hands-on workforce experience while helping participants build skills, explore career interests, and earn up to $4,000 along the way. This year-round program is designed to help young people transition successfully into the workforce and prepare for long-term career success.
