1. Associate Manufacturing Technician

Location: Memphis, TN
This role focuses on mechanical assembly, installation, and equipment operation for power transformer manufacturing. Ideal for candidates with mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience working with tools and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mechanical assembly and disassembly

• Operating non-CNC equipment

• Measuring, adjusting, and inspecting components

• Soldering, brazing, wiring, and electrical testing

• Fabricating wooden fixtures and packaging

• Safe material handling and crane/forklift operation

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in electrical/technical field or equivalent experience

• Strong electrical, mechanical, and math skills

• Ability to read technical drawings and perform repetitive physical tasks

2. Associate Winder

Location: Memphis, TN
This position is all about setting up and running winding machines to create the conductor coils used inside power transformers. It is a great fit for applicants with mechanical or industrial experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating vertical & horizontal winding machines

• Manufacturing coil types: layer, helical, and disc

• Soldering, brazing, and finishing coils

• Reading technical prints and bills of material

• Performing TPM and preventative maintenance

• Operating cranes, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Mechanical or technical background

• Ability to read manufacturing drawings

3. Test Lab Inspector

Location: Memphis, TN
This role supports electrical and mechanical testing of power transformers. Perfect for candidates with electrical experience who want to grow their testing and inspection skillset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing transformers for testing

• Making mechanical and electrical connections

• Running setup and disassembly after tests

• Using MRP/ERP systems for data entry

• Operating cranes, lifts, and test equipment

• Supporting both Quality and Production teams

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in an electrical/technical field or equivalent experience

• Experience in testing, utilities, or high-voltage equipment
