Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager (Compensation: $75-80k annually)

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Oversee the global brand development of advertising, promotions, direct marketing, social media,
and PR activities associated with the assigned brand.
• Develop and execute successful yearly marketing plan and unique social media programs, set
budgets and goals.
• Support research, reporting, tracking, and dashboarding of brand campaign performance and
budget.
• Assist in the development and analysis of consumer insights.
• Develop, maximize, and enhance the digital presence – product websites, social media, and e-marketing to drive customer engagement and product promotion.
• Oversee the brand review process including policies and brand guidelines

• Manage all aspects of the new product life cycle and updates for older product lines competitive
analysis, trend evaluations and implications, consumer focus groups, pricing strategies, legal
protocols, product formulations, and testing, package design, and manufacturing.
• Partner with Sales Team to deepen key account relationships throughout the US, Canada, EU, and
South America – sales and marketing collateral, presentations, giveaways, etc.
• Manage key supplier relations – sourcing new and innovative components, negotiating, purchasing.
• Manage cross-functional teams of 4 or more personnel.
• Responsible for yearly event calendar – planning, logistics, event teams, and promotional items.
Required Education and Experience:
• Education: The Brand Marketing Manager must have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business
Administration, or any other related field. A working experience of the equivalent is also acceptable.
• A master’s degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
• Experience: A candidate for the position must have had 3 years of experience executing paid
advertising programs for a business in a fast-paced and competitive environment across all media
channels inclusive of TV, social, digital, radio, and print. He will also have vast experience executing
paid advertising programs on key self-service platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter,
Pinterest, Google AdWords, and Instagram.
• Deep level of knowledge of the product development cycle and CPG landscape.
