Lehman Roberts seeks a Customer Service Specialist


Position Summary

The Customer Service Specialist is an important part of the accounting team and will have cross organization exposure and interaction with different divisions, businesses and independent contractors. This position will be responsible for timely and accurately processing transactions into the accounting system, daily processing of tickets, material sales, processing payables and invoicing customers, as well as providing customer relations.

Responsibilities

  • Post daily customer payments
  • Upload weekly payments to the bank
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies with customer and vendors
  • Mailing and emailing invoices to customers
  • Paying Independent Haulers
  • Attend meetings and resolve issues, customer service concerns
  • Process material sales

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years’ experience/ knowledge of Accounting/ Accounts Payable/ Customer Service
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work independently and within a group
  • Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize daily/weekly/monthly tasks
  • Willingness to learn and ability to pick up new tasks quickly and efficiently
  • Effective communicator
  • Strong computer skills with proficient in Excel
