Memphis Local Pride Library Card Contest

Beginner, amateur, or professional artist? Doesn’t matter. You can submit your work for consideration in the Memphis Public Library’s Local Pride Library Card Contest. Local contestants will frame their art around the theme of Local Pride and will be judged on visual impact, interpretation, and creativity.

All ages are welcome! A contestant’s work must be created individually and cannot be submitted as a team. Only one entry per person. We reserve the right to reject submissions.

There will be two winners. The winners will have their work displayed on MPL library cards for a year or while card supplies last and will receive a gift card of $500 each!

The time period for artists to submit their designs is September 1 – November 10. Designs for the library card and key fob should celebrate Memphis Local Pride.

Winners will be announced on a later date.
