JOB TITLE: ELECTRONIC METER TECHNICIAN
Duties: Maintain, repair, test, calibrate and program, electronic/electro-
mechanical industrial metering devices and related instruments.
Associate degree in Electronic, Electrical, Telecommunication or Computer
Engineering Technology. Must successfully complete Color Blind I test.
Must successfully complete Placement (Group 004 “Electronics
Technicians”)/Performance Exercises. Must have a valid driver’s license
from state of residence.
Works in shop majority of time under good conditions; occasionally
works outside near construction sites. Subject to hazards of electrical
shocks, medium lifting and climbing ladders.

JOB TITLE: SURVEY EXPEDITER
Duties: Schedule, coordinate and expedite utility surveys; download, process, edit
and resolve survey discrepancies and maintain area records.
Must have successfully completed two college level courses in surveying
principals and advance surveying. Must have knowledge and skills in
computer aided software applications and layout task/reading prints and
technical instruction manuals. Must successfully complete Placement
(Group 01B “Drafters”)/Performance Exercises. Must have a valid driver’s
license from state of residence.
Works majority of time outside. Subject to hazards of weather, snake bites,
poison ivy and working in proximity of construction work, moving traffic,
walking/standing for long periods of time, bending, crouching/stooping,
climbing fences, hills, ditches and wire bridges and may perform heavy
and/or light lifting of survey equipment.

JOB TITLE: HUMAN RESOURCE REPRESENTATIVE 2
Duties: Apply intermediate professional level work to research, interview and
investigate various complaints, claims, and inquiries concerning human
resources issues; review, develop, administer and communicate programs;
prepare and analyze statistical data for internal/external reporting; maintain
a computerized tracking system; establish/maintain contact with outside
agencies for claims and informational purposes; prepare summaries, articles,
publications, reports and other pertinent documents; may lead/work on
special projects; train/inform employees in human resources
policies/practices; insurance/pension benefits or benefit laws/regulations;
may utilize judgement to ensure the effective daily administration of all
employee insurance benefit programs; maintain current knowledge of
regulatory requirements in compliance with applicable plans, policies,
programs and regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources,
Mathematics, Statistics, Insurance, English or related area, with 2-4
years professional-level experience in benefits/risk management. Must
have computer software skills in word processing, presentation and
spreadsheets. Must have knowledge of IRS Code Section 125, ERISA,
COBRA, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA and ACA if employed in Benefits
depending on assigned area. Must have a valid driver’s license from
state of residence.
Works inside majority of time. Subject to hazards associated
with conducting interviews and investigations.

Works in office under good conditions. Occasional field analysis for
inventory, research and/or to solve problems.
