JOB TITLE: SENIOR AUDITOR
DUTIES: Conduct senior professional level independent audits to determine the
effectiveness of computer system design, operations, control, and security;
financial systems, administrative and operational controls; reliability of
accounting and other data; and the extent of compliance with federal, state, and
local regulations and standards and Division policies and procedures, in
accordance with Institute of Internal Auditor (IIA) Standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business
Administration, Computer Science, or Information systems with courses in
Programming, Systems Design and Analysis, Data Base and Operating Systems
(all degree requirements must include a minimum of 12 semester hours in
client/server-based college-level courses). Must have 4 years’ experience
including 2 years’ experience as a Division Auditor or 4 years related
experience in information technology systems applications, auditing techniques
and practices or computer system analysis. Professional accreditation as a
Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified
Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or certification recognized by the Institute
of Internal Auditor (IIA) preferred. Must have skills in computer software
applications such as word processing, spreadsheet packages, presentations, and
audit software applications; and a working knowledge of personal computer based systems.

Must have a valid driver’s license from state of residence.
Works in office majority of time under good conditions. Subject to field audits.
If there are no qualified bidders for Senior Auditor, bidders will be considered for
an Auditor. If there are no qualified bidders for Auditor, bidders will be
considered for Staff Auditor.

JOB TITLE: ELECTRONICS COMMUNICATIONS TECHNICIAN
Duties: Install, maintain, test, and repair the Division’s two-way
radio communication system, color video recording
equipment and other diversified electronic equipment;
locate electronic interference. Operate infrared scanner to
perform heat surveys of transmission/distribution/network
systems and substations; locate and report equipment/
components over-heating such as transformers, switches,
and capacitor banks; recheck completed maintenance
repairs.

Associate degree in Electrical, Electronic or
Telecommunication Engineering Technology. Must
successfully complete Color Blind 1 Test. Must
successfully complete Placement (Group 004 “Electronics
Technicians”)/Performance Exercises. Must have a valid
driver’s license from state of residence.
Works in shop and outside. Works in proximity of
electrical equipment in substations and walk-in/
underground vaults. Subject to medium lifting, climbing
ladders, working with chemicals, and standing for extended
periods. May work from bucket truck.

Duties: Maintain, repair, test, calibrate and program, electronic/electro-
mechanical industrial metering devices and related instruments.
Associate degree in Electronic, Electrical, Telecommunication or Computer
Engineering Technology. Must successfully complete Color Blind I test.
Must successfully complete Placement (Group 004 “Electronics
Technicians”)/Performance Exercises. Must have a valid driver’s license
from state of residence.

Works in shop majority of time under good conditions; occasionally
works outside near construction sites. Subject to hazards of electrical
shocks, medium lifting and climbing ladders.
