JOB TITLE: DIRECTOR, HUMAN RESOURCES
Leads development and implementation of local HR policies fitting overall
HR policies; leads the Compensation, Benefits, and Employee Services Talent
Acquisition team in delivering HR services, supporting the business, and
influencing policies from an HR point of view.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related
areas. Master’s degree preferred. Professional certification in Senior
Professional Human Resource (SPHR), Certified Compensation Professional
(CCP) or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), preferred. Must have
7 years of progressive professional-level experience in Compensation, Benefits,
or Employee Services Talent Acquisition. Must include 2 years of managerial
experience in one or more areas of Compensation, Benefits, Employee Services
and Talent Acquisition. Must successfully complete NIMS training within one
year of entering job. Must have a valid driver’s license from state of residence.
Works in office under good conditions.

JOB TITLE: COMPUTER SOFTWARE SPECIALIST 3
Duties: Apply advanced-level business and information technology system practices and/or project
management methodology in analyzing information requirements to determine
hardware/software solutions; develop project plans; and implement, develop or maintain
enterprise information systems to meet project deliverables.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or Business with a
concentration in Information Systems or Math with a concentration in Computer Science or
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 12 hours college accredited Information Technology or
Information Systems courses. Must have six (6) years of experience and meet proficiency
requirements. Must have at least one (1) year of demonstrated experience as the primary
support person for a particular system or application and at least demonstrated knowledge and
skills in one (1) or more of the fields listed below. Experience and knowledge requirements will
vary according to area and departmental needs.
System Engineer/Administrator: Windows Server, Server Virtualization, Directory Services
Desktop Support: Windows Desktop operating system, Windows Group Policy Management,
ZENWORKS Configuration Management, Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Visio, VMware
View, desktop management, desktop virtualization, thin-client PCs, tablet/mobile devices
Must have a valid driver’s license from state of residence.
Works inside under good conditions. Subject to sitting for long periods of time at computer
terminals, eye fatigue, grasping/reaching for technical manuals/printouts and distinguishing
color, and occasional light lifting, bending, stooping/crouching to load computer equipment,
paper and carry materials.
If there are no qualified bidders for Computer Software Specialist 3, bidders will be
considered for Computer Software Specialist 2.

Advises on HR policy and assists with implementation of HR procedures and processes.
Works directly with the organization’s leadership to develop and direct an HR agenda
that closely supports the organizational goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related area.
Master’s Degree preferred. Must have a professional accreditation as a Senior
Professional Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or
Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS). Must have 6 years of progressive
professional-level experience in all areas of Human Resources. Must have computer
software skills in word processing, presentation, and spreadsheets. Must have a valid
driver’s license from state of residence.
Works inside majority of time.
