COMPENSATION HRIS ANALYST 2
Perform intermediate professional-level work to support the annual compensation process and
provide HR systems support; responsible for data research and analysis in support of the
compensation and HRIS objectives; serve as a technical point of contact for assigned functional
areas and assist Technical Staff with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report
writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science,
Information Systems, or related degree. Must have 2 years of experience in compensation
analysis and/or evaluating, testing, implementing, and upgrading system applications. Strong
Microsoft Office skills, Excel, Word, Oracle EBS experience a plus. Experience requirements
will vary according to departmental needs. Must have demonstrated knowledge of and
application of computer software such as spreadsheets, word, access, presentation, etc. Must
have a basic knowledge of assigned division operations. Must have a valid driver’s license from
state of residence.
Requires sedentary work involving standing or walking for brief period, exerting up to 10 pounds
of force on a regular basis; and some dexterity in operating office equipment. The position
requires normal visual acuity and field of vision, hearing and speaking abilities. Subject to
hazards at work sites during analysis. May be required to work extended hours.
If there are no qualified bidders for Compensation HRIS Analyst 2, bidders will be
considered for Compensation HRIS Analyst 1.
