HUMAN RESOURCE BUSINESS PARTNER
Advises on HR policy and assists with implementation of HR procedures and processes. Works
directly with the organization’s leadership to develop and direct an HR agenda that closely
supports the organizational goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related area. Master’s
Degree preferred. Must have a professional accreditation as a Senior Professional Human
Resources (SPHR), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Employee Benefit
Specialist (CEBS) OR a minimum of 2 years’ experience in more than one area of Human
Resources. Must have 6 years of progressive professional-level experience in any area of
Human Resources. Must have computer software skills in word processing, presentation, and
spreadsheets. Must have a valid driver’s license from state of residence.
Works inside majority of time.
