ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
Encourage industrial relocation and expansion; develop/maintain contacts and an open line of
communication with local and national companies/groups; and provide informative and
comparative data to existing and prospective customers; serve as Commercial Marketing
Representative and primary point of contact for assigned customers.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business. Must have 2 – 4 years in key accounts and/or
economic/industrial development. Must complete the Economic Development Institute within 6
years of entering the job. Must have a valid driver’s license from state of residence.
Works in office under good conditions. Subject to traveling to work locations
