Peer Power Foundation: HR Hiring and Onboarding Associate


Peer Power is a non-profit organization that recruits and trains high-performing college students, called Success Coaches and high school students, called Student Intern Tutor to tutor in public school classrooms and mentor students to encourage active learning, valuing education, and being personally accountable for their futures.

 

Peer Power’s mission is to inspire and empower youth to take control of their academic success.

The Hiring and Onboarding Associate role is a full-time (40 hours/week, with occasional extended hours and weekends when needed for recruiting events) that provides Human Resources support to Peer Power employees. This will be a temporary position until July with a strong possibility of expanding to a permanent position. The role is expected to execute on our people initiatives, provide great internal customer support, and drive HR functional excellence and process improvement.
