Duties & Responsibilities
Manages and coordinates all grant activities within the collaborative by fostering a positive, inclusive, and accountable culture while promoting the GROWWTH mission, vision, values, and brand.

Responds timely and fully to all requests for information and reports. Provides oversight for day-to-day management of the project, including hiring, training, and supervising all projects. Serves as the project liaison for advisory boards and community partners.

Develops partnerships to ensure successful implementation and long-term sustainability of the project. Oversees quality assurance procedures and manages the project budget including ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and monitoring of expenses ensuring that all contractual commitments are met. Sets clear expectations for all team members, ensures accountability, and appropriately and quickly addresses team concerns.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for adherence to federal, state, and local policies as well as DHS policies and procedures, maximization of project funding streams and operating within funding guidelines.
