Virtual Fitness Classes


Beginning the week of January 18, the Library will be hosting LIVE virtual fitness classes each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for 12 weeks.

senior pilates
tuesdays – 4:00 pm

Seniors and people of all ages are invited to join us online on Tuesdays at 2 pm for Pilates with Shermarco Elem. Learn chair and standing exercises in the comfort of your home. Wear comfortable clothing you can move and stretch in.

teen dancefit
wednesdays – 4:00 pm

Dance Fitness is an exhilarating aerobic workout class set to radio hits (pop, club, hip hop) music and uses easy-to-follow move combining fast and slow rhythms (interval training) to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. This is a great way to burn off that extra energy and calories. The class is geared primarily for teens but can be enjoyed by all!

family zumba
thursdays – 4:00 pm

Customers of all ages are invited to join us online on Thursdays at 4 pm for Zumba. Dance along at home with Licensed Zumba instructor Shermarco Elem. Shermarco will introduce you to music and dances from various worldwide cultures.
