The Memphis Urban League’s Blueprint to Opportunity Urban Construction Jobs Program is designed to help individuals gain the skills, certifications, and hands-on experience needed to enter the construction industry.
This apprenticeship readiness program prepares participants for quality careers through industry-recognized training, job readiness support, and direct pathways to employment.
