What is my PIN?
If you do not know your PIN, please visit our PIN Information page for tips that you can try as well as an automated PIN reset. If that doesn’t work, we’d be happy to look it up if you submit your Library Card number above.
Why do I still have books attached to my account even though I returned them?
Due to COVID-19, we are quarantining books for 4 days prior to handling them. If you recently returned your books and notice that they are still attached to your account, please check back after 4 days. If they are still attached to your account, we can serve you more expediently if you call the library in which they were returned.
