- The Library for Accessible Books and Media (LABM) is responsible for loaning braille, audio and large print publications to any resident of the State of Tennessee who has a physical disability which prevents them from reading standard print.

- The Library Services for the Deaf & Hard of Hearing is located in the Nashville Public Library’s Main Library. Any Tennessean may borrow books, media programs and equipment from us free of charge for 3 weeks!

Homebound Library Card
- This type of library card is issued to persons who are physically unable to come to the library.
- The customer may send someone to the library with the Homebound card to check out materials for them.
- Applications for Homebound Cards: Applications may be mailed to customers who want to apply for Homebound cards.
- The applicant may send the completed application and an acceptable form of identification showing name and address to the library with another person.
- Please talk to the Circulation Desk at any of our locations for assistance.
Curbside Service
