Campbell Clinic Orthopaedics is seeking a Central Scheduling Representative I for a regular full-time position in Germantown, TN.
This role helps coordinate patient appointments across Campbell Clinic locations, assists with insurance verification and prior authorizations, communicates with patients and medical staff, and helps ensure patients are scheduled with the appropriate provider.
✅ Qualifications include:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 3 years of experience in a health business office setting
• Experience using EMR/EHR systems and multi-line phones
• Experience with insurance verification and/or prior authorizations
• Experience training or onboarding staff
