Lisa Nobumoto and the Sizzling Six offer a joyful and hope-filled sound, mixing the nuances of today with the wisdom of yesterday. Nobumoto brings with her the incredible true sounds of the distinctive jazz generation. Her unique phrasing and technique was inspired by the late musical genius and pioneer, tenor saxophonist Teddy Edwards, of whom she was a protégé.
