
Junior Achievement of Memphis and the Mid-South is seeking a full-time Manager of Volunteer Experience in Memphis, Tennessee.
This position will serve as the primary relationship manager for more than 2,000 active volunteers across the region. The Manager of Volunteer Experience will oversee volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training, communication, recognition, and engagement.
Key Qualifications
- Four or more years of experience in customer relationship management, community engagement, volunteer coordination, or a related field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship-building and organizational abilities
- Comfortable using email, Excel, and online systems
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Nonprofit, education, or workforce development experience is preferred
