The Newborn Jazz and Arts Heritage Festival was held at Orange Mound on May 31! Special guests attending were Memphis legend Marcella Simien performing along with the jazz band, A Giant Slug, and MPL’s very own Dewey and the Decimals! There was also an art activity led by Violet Newborn (niece of Phineas and Calvin) involving collage, LPs, and more! Orange Mound is looking forward to doing it all again next year!
