
Su Casa Family Ministries is currently seeking a Part-Time Adult Education Program Assistant to support its Adult Education Program. This role helps create a welcoming, organized learning environment for adult students, their children, and volunteer teachers.
Position Overview
The Adult Education Program Assistant works closely with the Adult Education Assistant Director to support classes, volunteers, and childcare operations. This position is primarily in person, with limited flexibility for online work.
Schedule & Pay

12–18 hours per week

Tuesday & Thursday mornings: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Tuesday & Thursday evenings: 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Up to 6 additional flexible hours per week

Occasional evening or weekend hours for Su Casa events

Starting pay: $15/hour
Key Responsibilities

Assist adult students with enrollment, attendance, communication, and classroom support

Communicate with students and volunteers via text and email

Support classroom setup, materials, surveys, and payments

Assist with childcare operations, including attendance and supervision

Maintain accurate records and follow program procedures

Support the mission and values of Su Casa Family Ministries
Preferred Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Experience working with the Hispanic population in Memphis

Ability to communicate in both Spanish and English
-
Comfortable working in a multilingual, Christian environment

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
