The Memphis Grizzlies organization is currently hiring Public Safety professionals to support safety and security operations at FedExForum. These roles are ideal for individuals with a strong sense of responsibility, situational awareness, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for staff, guests, and the public.
Multiple positions are available across part-time and full-time shifts, including leadership opportunities for experienced safety professionals.

About the Roles
Public Safety staff play a vital role in maintaining security at FedExForum by monitoring facilities, responding to incidents, assisting guests, and supporting overall venue operations. Lead and Supervisory roles provide additional responsibility, including guiding teams, supporting shift operations, and serving as points of escalation.
These positions are well-suited for individuals with backgrounds in security, law enforcement, military service, corrections, or customer-facing safety roles, as well as those looking to build a career in venue or event security.
What You’ll Do

Maintain a safe and secure environment for events, staff, and visitors

Monitor assigned areas and respond to incidents as needed

Provide customer service assistance while enforcing safety protocols

Document incidents and communicate effectively with team members

Lead and Supervisory roles will support staff coordination and shift leadership
What We’re Looking For

Strong situational awareness and communication skills

Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments

Prior security or public safety experience preferred (role-dependent)

Availability to work assigned shifts, including nights and weekends

Leadership experience required for Lead and Supervisory roles
