About This Collection

A collection of all things Memphis… a little bit of this, a little bit of that.

The M Files consists of photographs and documents that have rarely been accessible by the public before now.  All of the items that have been found or donated, but never added to a permanent collection, will now find a home here as part of the M Files.

 

 


More Information

As the clippings from the Memphis Information File are digitized, they will be added to The M Files, but so will smaller manuscript collections and unique digital collections that pull together materials from multiple physical collections within the Memphis & Shelby County Room.  You never know what you might find!
