Want to support your local library? There are many ways you can become part of our mission to service our community.
Need to create some space on your book shelves? Perhaps you want to expand your local branch’s library collection? You can donate those books to the Memphis Public Library. We accept donations of books at all of our branches and at the Central Library. Items that meet the criteria for addition will be added, those that do not may be donated to the Friends of the Library for future sale to the public at one of their book sales or through Second Editions at Central Library. Funds raised by the Friends help the library purchase new books and support library programming.
