Junior Achievement is seeking a full-time Experiential Programs Manager to lead the implementation of its experiential learning center programs, including JA BizTown and JA Finance Park. This role supports engaging simulation experiences for students while working with educators, volunteers, and community partners.
Responsibilities include facilitating JA BizTown and Finance Park simulations, developing school and educator partnerships, training teachers and volunteers, managing program operations, maintaining program records, providing customer service, and managing part-time experiential staff.
Desired qualifications include a BA/BS or equivalent experience, experience working with school-aged children ages 11–18, strong communication skills, project management skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
