Pet Portrait Art Show

AN OPEN CALL TO ARTISTS! If you have any artworks of your favorite pets, we invite you to submit them for a chance to be part of our Pet Portrait Art Show! If selected, your art will be displayed for the month of August on the walls of the Benjamin L. Hooks Central Library’s Goodwyn Gallery.

Submissions Open!

Submissions are open to all ages and will be judged by a team of accomplished artists who have been provided a rubric for judging. We will not be able to provide any judging feedback. Notifications on acceptance or non-acceptance will be sent by June 24th.

Please ensure your email is correct as this is the main way we contact you. You can also check your junk mail as well. Those accepted into the exhibition will receive further instructions on the drop off of the project and if you submitted multiple projects, which project was formally accepted into the exhibition.

If you are not chosen to be part of the exhibition, we would still encourage you to come join us for a fun day celebrating the Memphis Art and Animal community!
