FlexWorx and Progressive Rehab have been in business for 22 years and we are expanding our locations to better serve our patients. FlexWorx Medical Management has seven outpatient facilities, and we are located in three states, TN, AR, and MS. We are looking for an Medical Call Center Specialist for one of our outpatient clinics located in Memphis, TN. Our outpatient clinics include FlexWorx Primary Care, Progressive Rehab physical therapy, Imaging Group of the Midsouth, Mt. Moriah Orthopaedics, and Pathways Neurological Center. Our doctors include primary care physicians as well as nurse practitioners, an orthopedic surgeon, neurosurgeon, neurologist, and a pain management physician. We treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal injuries. We are open Monday through Friday and closed on the weekends and all major holidays. This position will start as fulltime Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls to the call center pleasantly and in a timely manner
- Direct calls appropriately by transferring and/or taking detailed messages.
- Work closely with providers and other staff to schedule and/or reschedule appointments based on patient’s plan of medical care
- Have excellent customer service skills and attitude while working with the patient and our customers
- Work in a call center environment
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
- Work in a team environment as well as independently
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate professionally—both written and orally—for patients and customers.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding organizational, verbal and writing skills.
- Maintain strong company knowledge to best assist inbound calls
- Previous Call Center experience (1-2 years) is preferred but not required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Some college preferred.

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
