The City of Memphis has officially opened applications for the 2026 MPLOY Youth Summer Employment Program, an opportunity for young people to gain paid work experience, build job skills, and explore career pathways this summer.
The MPLOY program connects Memphis youth with meaningful employment while helping them develop professionalism, responsibility, and confidence in the workplace.
